You can ask Ustawi Organic Farms to delete your Ustawi app account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@ustawiorganicfarms.com with the subject "Delete my Ustawi account".
- Send it from the email address on your account, or include that email address and the phone number you registered with, so we can find the account.
- We may contact you to confirm that the request really comes from you.
- We will delete the account within 30 days of confirming the request and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and password.
- Your saved delivery details and your cart.
- Your login codes and active sessions. You will be signed out everywhere.
What we may keep
We keep records of completed orders and payments where the law requires us to, for example for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.
Deleting some of your information without closing your account
If you only want particular information corrected or removed, such as a delivery address, email info@ustawiorganicfarms.com and tell us what to change.
